I've always been a teacher and have built dozens of classroom and online courses and facilitated hundreds of these over the last 20 years. I've delivered courses across Europe and South Africa and gone on to train local teams to either co-facilitate or personally deliver these courses themselves. Topics have included Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Data management.

Some have been developed personally, most in partnership with a Subject Matter Expert and all have evolved with each delivery, to tailor the learning objectives to local needs. Over and over again, I have seen the impact on learners of a well built face to face "classroom" course and how it will build skills and change behaviours. As we all get busier 1 to 2 days to focus on new learnings has become even more important and effective vs bitesize and e-leaning, which rarely seems to make a difference.

I can build and deliver a course from scratch for you, or adapt existing content of yours/mine and work with your team for me/them to deliver it. I can then coach your facilitators to enhance the delivery and review the impact of the course if needed. Anything created will be yours to use as you choose and there would be no licencing fees as everything is tailor made.
