Over my 20+ years in L&D, I have written many L&D Strategies, analysing needs, creating plans and aligning these with senior management. I have recruited and built teams and created numerous skill and knowledge based programs to support the businesses objectives.

More than this though I have done this as a "Head of L&D" within the business, so I have had to navigate the myriad of corporate challenges to get stuff done, all with limited budgets and ever growing and changing demands.

I've negotiated with many suppliers to build programs and commissioned a new LMS, three separate times.
